Currently, the chemical and petro-chemical complexes are the underlying segments of Russian industry that found its long-term and defensive development and substantially affect structural changes in economics. However, the future of Russian petrochemical industry depends not only on investments flow-in into the branch but also on a wide range of the problems solution connected with a production setup. Specialized tech park is one of the gear of business development and operation in the field of a conversion of the basic petrochemical commodities.

Up to date, there are more than ten tech parks of federal and regional significance in Russian Federation. «М-7» Industrial park is a complex of productions, warehouses, offices and selling exhibitions units that are integrated by the engineering and informative communication lines. The territory is in operational service with household infrastructure, parking lots and drive-up gateways for heavy-duty trucks. The managing company of «М-7» provides a trouble-free service of all the engineering and informative systems of the Park, deals with the security and operation subjects, renders a consulting and other service.

For the moment, two production buildings, i.e. “Volzhanin” and “MultiPlast”, and one warehouse have been put into production on the «М-7» territory. The offering of a maximal range of service and preferences under economically reasonable background and at the appropriate price conditions is the core task of «М-7» management policy.
