Robert Tashkalov will make a report about startup of compound production for cable and other industries in Tatarstan

JSC “Nuran-Plast” plant brought on stream in Vysokogorskiy district, Tatarstan, in the end of July, 2011. The commodity is a composite product, granulated material, that is a raw material for cable sheath made from cross-linked PE (silane is used as a cross-linking reagent). The project launched after the meeting between Mr.Minnikhanov/the President of Tatarstan and the President of “Intercabel” Association, and upon JSC“Tatnephtekhiminvest-Holding” board of directors approval.
This is the first non-chlorine compounds production in Russia. The plant capacity is 5KMT/y. The investment volume is 240mln of rub. Personnel – 18 people.

The raw materials are used from Tatarstan Rep. resources. The new cluster of hydrocarbons conversion and polymer production with import analogues substitution is created.

The budgeted sales volume is 10,5-17,5mln euro. Sales are confirmed by the enterprises/the members of “Electrocabel”Association (CIS cable plants alliance – 88 plants).
