Rosneft’s Angarsk polymers plant to use Innovene S process
Angarsk-based polymers plant OAO Angarsky Zavod Polimerov (Angarsk Polymers Plant), which is owned by the state-run oil company Rosneft, will use INEOS Technologies’ Innovene S process to manufacture high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). This is the first time INEOS has licensed the Innovene S technology in Russia. The 345,000 tpa plant will produce Ziegler and Chrome monomodal and bimodal products.
